Does anyone know of a program to keep people from being homeless?   If you want to buy a home and have zero cash for down payment,   low credit score, discharged bankruptcy less then two years ago..previous judgements/evictions,  felony charges, no guarantee of income (because of commisionns) basically to help someone who's on their ass and needs a lending helping hand up..???
